Dear Editor, In the methods section, the formula for the Bazett correction should be indicated as QTc = QT/(RR ^ 0.5) with RR in seconds and the Fridericia correction formula should be indicated as QTc = QT/(RR ^ 0.333) with the RR in seconds. This would more clearly indicate the square root and cube root calculations used and also the relationship between the 2 corrections. |
