Acute thrombosis of an extracardiac Fontan conduit

A 5 year old girl had undergone a Fontan procedure for tricuspid atresia. An extracardiac conduit (16 mm diameter Vascutec) was used to make the inferior vena cava to pulmonary artery connection.
