    A 60 year old woman presented with an inferolateral myocardial infarction (MI) which was treated with thrombolytics and complicated by heart failure. Transthoracic echocardiography identified a large left ventricular (LV) pseudoaneurysm and coronary angiography demonstrated an occluded circumflex artery.
