Severe aeroportia in a patient with acute myocardial infarction, complicated by acute ischaemic bowel syndrome

An 83 year old woman presented with acute anterior myocardial infarction, Killip class I. She received percutaneous coronary intervention for ensuing cardiogenic shock.
