Objectives Based on the type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease patients with the care for these patients, discuss the effective nursing methods, to improve the quality of life of patients at the same time ^[1], for this kind of disease to provide effective nursing care model.

Methods Choose to stay in our hospital in April 2012-2012 in December Cardiovascular Division 58 with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease in patients grouped care, divided into ordinary group and care group, and 29 in each group. The ordinary group were treated with routine care, the nursing group the integrated care plus evidence-based care, a month later, the two groups of patients with blood glucose, glycosylated haemoglobin, complications, and the patient's satisfaction for statistical analysis to find out two methods of care for improving the relationship of the value of the patient's quality of life^[2].

Results the treatment and care by a month, all patients condition improved and discharged, and the efficacy of the care group 29 patients satisfaction level higher than the normal group, the incidence of complications is lower than the normal group, P less than 0.05 with statistical significance. Such care can not only greatly improved glycemic control, at the same time promote the treatment of cardiovascular disease, reduce the incidence of complications. Provide effective draw for future care.

Conclusions: The integrated care with evidence-based care to improve type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, quality of life has important value.
