A middle-aged patient underwent computed tomographic (CT) coronary angiography as part of their investigative work-up for ischaemic heart disease. The patient had previously undergone percutaneous closure for an atrial septal defect and is still being followed up at their local hospital. Echocardiograms have been satisfactory.
