    To the Editor We read with interest the meta-analysis by Indermuehle A et al1 which reported that drug-eluting balloon (DEB) appears to show great promise for instent restenosis (ISR), and could reduce the risk for major adverse cardiac events compared with plain balloon angioplasty (BA) or implantation of drug-eluting stent (DES) in the treatment of ISR.
