    This is good to read a research article on "Tea consumption and risk of ischaemic heart disease" This is the largest prospective study (cohort of Chinese adults) published to assess the association between tea consumption and incidence of IHD and showed that daily tea consumption is beneficial in reducing risk of IHD.
