  • Patients should remain supine for 20 minutes before testing. Isoproterenol and GTN tilts should follow non-diagnostic passive drug free tilt where history is suggestive of vasovagal syncope. Tilt should be terminated if symptom reproduction with concomitant hypotension/bradycardia or adverse event develops. See text for further details.
