Education in Heart

Each issue of Heart includes an Education in Heart article, which is a review by one or more international experts with accompanying accredited online multiple choice questions (MCQs) hosted on BMJ Learning. All Education in Heart articles are now linked to topics in the ESC curriculum.

All Education in Heart articles are submitted for accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) for 1 or 2 hours of external CME (expires 2 years from date of accreditation). A printable EBAC certificate is available on passing a module (pass mark 60%).
EBAC credits can now be converted to AMA PRA Category 1/2 CME Credits and are also recognised by all National Accreditation Authorities in Europe.

Royal College of Physicians of London (RCP)

All articles are accredited for 1 hour of external CPD credit by RCP London (pass mark 80%). GMC members can log activity with the [Online CPD Diary]. Please note you may only claim up to SEVEN external credits per year for this activity; additional modules may be logged as personal.
