Clinical Introduction
A man in his 40s with a history of coronary artery disease status after percutaneous coronary intervention of the left anterior descending artery (LAD) in 2015 was admitted with a diagnosis of unstable angina. He underwent a coronary angiogram which showed a patent stent in the mid LAD (figure 1A). Contrast injection of the right coronary artery (RCA) is shown in figure 1B (online supplementary movie I).
