    Doppler Tissue Imaging - Clinical Utility or Technological Hype?

    I read with great interest the paper by Y Matsumura1 et al.[1] On face value the paper appears good. However, I am concerned about the increasing number of papers on Doppler Tissue Imaging (DTI) appearing in leading medical journals. DTI is a clear case of misuse of technology.
