Dear Editor,
Transoesophageal echocardiographic images of a left atrial myxoma was interesting.[1] The patient was in atrial fibrillation. Hence, first heart sound is expected to be variable instead of "loud" as reported. Also, transthoracic echocardiography could have demonstrated the "myxomatous" mitral stenosis.
