Double chambered left ventricle in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging

A 27-year-old man was referred for evaluation of right-sided thoracic pain. Physical examination revealed no cardiac murmur. ECG showed left bundle branch block. At transthoracic echocardiography an additional chamber, attached to the left ventricle, was noted.
