The Authors' reply: We thank Roger Boyle1 for his comments on Lawson's paper2 and on our editorial.3 Ultimately, we all strive for improved cardiovascular (CV) prevention. Our primary concern over the NHS Health Checks (NHSHCs) is the possibility of inequity of uptake.
