A 71-year-old man presented to the ophthalmic emergency department with painless loss of the upper half of his visual field in the right eye 1 day after elective percutaneous coronary intervention of a type A right coronary artery lesion had been performed uneventfully using acetylsalicylic acid and clopidogrel.
