The Authors' reply We thank Magnino and colleagues1 for their interest in our paper2 and appreciate their comments. Their three concerns relate to the assessment of left ventricular (LV) filling pressure, the calculation of right atrial pressure (RAP) and the choice of selection of the original estimation (echocardiographic estimation of pulmonary vascular resistance (PVRe))3 versus our proposed corrected estimation (PVRc).
