Incidental finding of a giant coronary artery aneurysm of the left anterior descending artery

An asymptomatic 84-year-old man was referred for cardiology assessment in view of incidental radiology findings. He had coronary artery bypass grafting in 1982 with vein grafts to the right coronary artery and left anterior descending artery (LAD).
