Abstract
Objectives Objective: The value of constrictive pericarditis and Cardiomyopathy, Restrictive diagnosis and differential diagnosis by echocardiography was discussed.
Methods 20 patients with contictive periarditis and 10 patients with Cardiomyopathy Restrictive who were dignosed by echocardiography verified by operation and collected completely was studied. The characteristic of echocardiography was mainly analysed and compared with the result of operation.
Results Diagnosed 20 cases of constrictive pericarditis patients, 16 patients with echocardiography tests confirm the diagnosis of constrictive pericarditis, and to give patients with pericardial dissection. The two cases diagnosed with restrictive cardiomyopathy. Six cases the diagnosis of restrictive cardiomyopathy in 10 patients with restrictive cardiomyopathy patients and further line MRI confirm the diagnosis, wa n two cases: constrictive pericarditis;
Conclusions Echocardiography is a method for dignosing nonivasively constritive pericarditis and Cardiomyopathy Restrictive firstly.
