AB  - A male infant underwent an open aortic valvotomy during the second day of life. Aortic stenosis recurred and at the age of eight weeks he underwent a pulmonary autograft aortic root replacement (Ross procedure). The pulmonary autograft procedure is a valuable option in this circumstance.
