IDI Integrated Discrimination Improvement, NRI Net Reclassification Improvement (categorical; 0–5%, 5–10%, 10–20%, >20%), NRI continuous, clinical NRI (5–20%). ‘–’ indicates that the base model was more predictive than the new model with sST2.
