Atrial fibrillationEpisode >30 s in duration.
Non-sustained VTThree or more ventricular beats at a rate >120 bpm for a duration of <30 s.
Sustained VTVentricular tachycardia for a duration of >30 s.
VT with haemodynamic compromiseSustained VT with haemodynamic instability, for example, hypotension or syncope.
