↵3-150 Significant coronary artery disease is defined as reduction in artery luminal diameter of 75% or more in an epicardial coronary artery or a major branch supplying at least 25% of either the left anterior descending and diagonal territory, the circumflex territory, or the inferior territory (or 50% if left main stem).
